Optrix Projects

This commercial project posed a unique situation for this multi-family apartment.  The apartment’s rock wall was pulling away form the building, which created a dangerous risk to the tenants.   The apartment units were fully occupied, and it was important that the tenants not move out nor be disrupted during the construction process.  Optrix was able to remove the rock wall, temporarily support the electrical service and install Hardi Plank siding.  Optrix accomplished the reconstruction while the tenants remained in their apartments.
